Project Description:
The works to the 112 fully occupied flats included the removal of asbestos and the complete refurbishment of the electrical, ventilation, hot water & central heating systems. Major repair works were completed to the roof coverings, balcony balustrades, and all bathrooms & kitchens were replaced.
