Project Description:
The refurbishment work was undertaken in an occupied environment with site restriction dictating access to the first floor by means of temporary hoist and external window opening enlargement. Work adjacent to the Sexual Health Clinic was carried out at weekends. Noisy work such as structural alterations and forming a new lift shaft was pre-planned with early notice given weeks in advance and carried out within limited time periods.
