Project Description:
Provision of a new build, 3 and 4 storey special needs, residential care home comprising of 27 bedrooms laid out in nine separate pods. Each pod consists of three bedrooms with ensuite, with a separate lounge, kitchen, laundry and nurse station. A tenth pod, situated on the ground floor, contained a communal lounge, kitchen area and administrative and staff offices. The total internal floor area of the development was 1,950 m².
