Project Description:
Refurbishment, upgrade & fitting out of an existing clinic to form a Sexual Health Centre. During the extensive remodelling works the clinic facility remained operational, which required detailed pre-planning, phased works and out of hours operation. The clinic was awarded a prize at the Health Service Journal Awards, in the Clinical Services Redesign category. The project was praised in particular for being ‘ambitious and innovative’ with an ‘impressive range of user and client involvement’ and completed to an ‘excellent standard’.
