Project Description:
Design & Build of 4-bedroomed houses over 3 storeys to the latest Code for Sustainable Homes, Level 4 Standard. Works consisted of demolition of existing building, CFA piles, construction of RC beams, pile caps & block work cavity walls. Internal works comprised of load bearing masonry walls and timber stud partitions, T&G boarded floors on engineered joists and uPVC windows and doors.
